PHOENIX, AZ – JULY 8, 2025 – Hypamark is proud to announce that Donald Parham Jr., tight end for the Pittsburgh Steelers, has officially joined the organization as an Ambassador for its National Girls Travel Flag Football Team. This premier initiative is committed to empowering and developing the next generation of female athletes through elite-level training, impactful mentorship, and high-level national competition.
Standing at 6’8” with elite playmaking ability, Parham brings not only NFL experience but also a deep passion for youth development and community impact. In his ambassador role, he will help champion HYPAELITE mission to expand access and elevate visibility for girls participating in flag football—one of the fastest-growing sports in the country.
The dynamic tight end known for his size, athleticism, and red zone playmaking ability. After a standout college career at Stetson University, he entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent and quickly made a name for himself with the Los Angeles Chargers, where he spent four seasons. In 2025, Parham signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers, continuing to make an impact at the highest level. Beyond the field, he’s passionate about mentorship, youth development, and giving back to underserved communities.

The announcement comes on the heels of HYPAELITE’s red-hot start to the 2025 season, where the program captured championships at back-to-back national tournaments—first in Canton, Ohio at the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and then in Philadelphia, PA. These victories included high-profile wins over some of the nation’s best, including the NFL NY Jets-sponsored team and THT, a powerhouse program from New Jersey.

The organization also made national headlines as the first to sign 10 girls athletes to Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals, a groundbreaking move in youth sports.

Looking ahead, HYPAELITE is scheduled to compete in one more major national tournament in Texas, where the team will continue to showcase its talent, teamwork, and competitive fire against the country’s best at the AAU Jr. Olympics
