Leading the Vision:
Riczer Desvaristes is the Founder, Principal, and Chief Executive Officer of Hypamark, a sports marketing, athlete management, and strategic consulting firm dedicated to helping athletes, brands, organizations, and communities maximize their impact through innovative partnerships and transformative experiences.
An accomplished sports executive with experience spanning professional, collegiate, and youth athletics, Riczer has held leadership positions with the Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Chargers, Arizona Cardinals, and the Fiesta Bowl, where he developed strategic partnerships, led community engagement initiatives, and launched innovative programs that drove organizational growth and expanded community impact.
Recognized for his ability to connect sports, business, and culture, Riczer has become a trusted leader in developing athletes, building brands, and creating memorable experiences. His innovative leadership has earned numerous honors, including the 2023 Arizona Sports & Entertainment Commission Contributor of the Game Award, selection as a finalist for the 2024 AZ Big Media Philanthropic Business Leader of the Year, and recognition as a 2026 Rising Star Nominee by the Youth Sports Business Report. He is also a graduate of Scottsdale Leadership Class 39, serves on the Board of Directors for Manes and Miracles, and earned the Sports Tourism Strategist (STS) certification through Sports ETA's Sports Tourism Learning Institute, further strengthening his expertise in destination marketing and strategic sports initiatives.
Throughout his career, Riczer has developed and collaborated with some of the most respected professionals in sports. As a Director of Athletics, he assembled an accomplished leadership team that included former European basketball standout Derrick Sharp, NWSL broadcaster Kacey White, NFL veteran Ken Stills Sr., and Super Bowl champion Keith Tandy. Under his leadership, the program attracted elite basketball talent, including NBA players Emanuel Sharp and Dillon Mitchell, reinforcing a culture of excellence and positioning the program as a destination for high-level athletic development.
Riczer has also pioneered innovative experiences within collegiate athletics, launching the Fiesta Bowl's Football Engagement Program and creating the Arizona Bowl's first-ever NIL Football Engagement event featuring entertainment icon Snoop Dogg. The groundbreaking activation blended sports, entertainment, and student-athlete empowerment, establishing a new benchmark for athlete engagement and NIL programming.
Driven by a passion for advancing girls flag football and developing the next generation of athletes, Riczer founded HYPAELITE, a premier athlete development organization committed to empowering young female athletes through elite competition, leadership, and personal growth. Under his leadership, HYPAELITE quickly rose to national prominence, capturing a Junior Olympics Gold Medal in Houston, National Championships in both 5v5 and 7v7 competition in Ohio, and an FFL Championship.
Today, Riczer leads Hypamark in delivering innovative solutions across sports marketing, sponsorship strategy, athlete branding, and sports consulting. Through partnerships with leading brands such as Gatorade and United Sports Brands, Hypamark continues to create meaningful opportunities that connect athletes, organizations, brands, and fans while driving measurable impact through strategic partnerships, innovative marketing, and authentic storytelling.
Originally from Naples, Florida, Riczer earned his bachelor's degree from Liberty University. As the only son among eight sisters, he developed a deep appreciation for leadership, resilience, and the importance of creating opportunities for others. Fluent in both Haitian Creole and French, Riczer brings a multicultural perspective to his work, enabling him to build meaningful relationships across diverse communities.
