Leading the Vision:
Principal and Chief Executive Officer
Riczer Desvaristes is an accomplished and visionary leader in the athletics industry, known for his strategic foresight, innovation, and unwavering commitment to advancing sports at all levels. His distinguished career includes impactful leadership roles with several NFL organizations, including the Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Chargers, and Arizona Cardinals, where he played a key role in fostering community partnerships and implementing initiatives that drove organizational success. In recognition of his contributions, he has earned accolades such as the 2023 Arizona Sports and Entertainment Commission’s Contributor of the Game Award and was named a finalist for the 2024 AZ Big Media Philanthropic Business Leader of the Year and 2026 Rising Star Nominee by the Youth Sports Business Report . Riczer is also a proud member of Scottsdale Leadership Class 39 and sits on the Board of Directors of Manes and Miracles, further demonstrating his dedication to community impact and civic leadership.

He has made significant strides in collegiate sports, launching the Football Engagement Program for the Fiesta Bowl, a groundbreaking initiative that attracted prominent sports figures and elevated the event’s prestige. He further pioneered the first-ever NIL Football Engagement event at the Arizona Bowl, featuring cultural icon Snoop Dogg. This historic event seamlessly integrated sports, entertainment, and student-athlete empowerment, setting a new benchmark for athlete engagement activations.
As a Director of Athletics, Riczer further demonstrated his talent for strategic leadership and program-building by assembling an exceptional staff, including Derrick Sharp, former European basketball star; Kacey White, NWSL announcer; Ken Stills Sr.; and Keith Tandy, Tampa Bay Buccaneers standout. Under his guidance, the program also attracted elite collegiate athletes such as Emanuel Sharp (University of Houston) and Dillon Mitchell (St. John’s University), reinforcing a culture of excellence and positioning the program as a destination for top-tier talent.

Building on his commitment to innovation, Riczer founded both Hypamark and the HYPAPLAY—transformative initiatives focused on marketing innovation and shaping the next generation of athletes, while advancing the women’s sports landscape. Under his leadership, HYPAELITE quickly rose to national prominence. That same year, the program captured a historic championship collection—winning the Jr. Olympics Gold Medal in Houston, securing National Championships in both 5v5 and 7v7 formats in Ohio, and earning the FFL Championship—underscoring its adaptability and cementing HYPAELITE’s reputation as a standard-bearer in competitive flag football.
As the driving force behind Hypamark, Riczer is leading a groundbreaking sports marketing and management arm, forging partnerships with brands such as Gatorade and United Sports Brands. He is also overseeing the company’s partnership with the Arizona Players Pickleball League, a growing community of over 5,000+ members and 500+ teams, expanding Hypamark’s influence in sports while delivering innovative marketing and athlete engagement solutions.

Originally from Naples, Florida, Riczer is the only boy among eight sisters. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Liberty University, laying the foundation for a career defined by leadership, innovation, and a commitment to empowering the next generation of athletes.
