Riczer Desvaristes is a sports executive and entrepreneur with experience across professional sports, collegiate athletics, youth sports, and strategic partnerships. A former executive with the Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Chargers, Arizona Cardinals, and Fiesta Bowl, Riczer has built a career connecting athletes, brands, organizations, and communities through sports.
Today, he leads Hypamark across sports marketing, athlete branding, NIL, sponsorship strategy, experiential marketing, and athlete development.
