About the event
The Cactus Cup NFL Girls FLAG Training Camp is a high-energy, skill-focused program designed to help young athletes develop the fundamental abilities needed to excel in flag football. The camp is structured into two main segments:
Speed & Agility (45 min):
Dynamic warm-ups and mobility exercises
Agility and footwork drills to improve quickness, change-of-direction, and reaction time
Sprint and acceleration techniques to enhance overall athletic performance
